Hanette Gomez DDS

Dr. Hanette Gomez was born in Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic. She studied Dentistry at Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo and graduated in 1984. She then came to New York and attended New York University where she obtained her DDS Degree and became licensed in 1990. Since then she has been in private practice in Corona, New York. Dr. Gomez has advanced to higher levels in Dentistry through extensive training and continued education.

She has completed numerous post graduation training including: two years in Implants and Prosthetics, two years in Orthodontics, one year in Full Mouth Reconstruction, as well as Laser Dentistry amongst others. Dr. Gomez is a member of the most recognized Dental Associations including: the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentist (AGD), Academy of Laser Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICIO), New York State Forensic Society, New York State Dental Society (NYSDS), and Queens County Dental Society (QCDS) where she is part of the board.

Dr. Gomez has received a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Recognition Award from the New York City Medical Examiner Office for her volunteer service as part of the ID Team that worked on identifying victims of September 11th and the American Airlines flight 587 to Dominican Republic that had departed from John F. Kennedy Airport and crashed.

Dr. Gomez volunteers in numerous community events, as well as, extending her services to those in need by offering free Dental work at both of her private practices. Her extremely high qualifications are only surpassed by her heart of gold, which cares for her patients and the Hispanic community.
